Analytics
This section of the SniperFast Manager is dedicated to your search statistics. On the top of the page you can configure the following parameters: by default you will be shown statistics from all the countries.
Nota bene: statistics need at least 24 hours to be elaborated. If you’ve just added a new website, they will not appear until the day after.
- Countries: select for which country to show results for, so to analyze more in detail the searches and the most interesting products for each country.
- Exclude searches from these IP addresses: this useful functionality lets you exclude certain IPs from the results. If your shop has a static IP and you often use the search engine to find products, add it among the ones that need to be excluded: in this way you will be able to see the real results from your customers’ searches.
- Start date: select a date as a starting point to show statistics from (by default it is set one month back).
At the bottom of the page you will find the following panels:
- General: view on the map the countries that performed more searches on your website. You will find a list subdivided by country at the bottom of the page.
- Search terms: here you can view the most searched terms on your website and their frequency. This information can be useful to learn which product is generating more interest among your customers.
- Search terms – No results: same as the panel above, but it reports terms that lead to having no results. These terms might refer to products you are not dealing with, but that are requested by your customers, or can become a useful suggestion on synonyms to add to your website. If many people look for “Dy Cast” without getting any result, then you might add the synonym “Dy Cast,Die Cast” (without quotation marks) within AI Search – Configuration – Synonyms tab.
- Total searches: check how many searches were performed subdivided by day.
- Top clicked products: it reports a list of the most clicked products among the search results and the number of clicks received.
All the panels also offer the possibility to export the results clicking on the Download CSV button: the system will create a file that you will be able to use for further analysis.
